Happy Anniversary to us! Yesterday marked six years of marriage to the best hubby in the whole world! It was a great day of enjoying time together, reminiscing and talking about the ways God's blessed us over the years. The highlight of our day was actually going out on our first real date since Carter's been born... we've left the boys with a sitter quite a few times, but it's always to go to English Cafe or run some errands and sometimes slip in a cup of coffee somewhere... last night we dressed up and went to dinner! It was fantastic- we enjoyed some great classic American music along with plenty of yummy American food- mainly mozzarella sticks, ribs and baked potatoes! It was so yummy I can still almost taste it! After supper we went to a nearby mall and walked around- looking at all the things we're usually not able to when the boys are with us. Then...it was home to enjoy fondue and see our bed dressed in new sheets and a beautiful new duvet comforter- and flowers! I love flowers :) Mostly I love JB..but flowers are really nice! We enjoyed chocolate fondue with fresh fruit and watched a movie. What a great night. What a great 6 years it's been. God has truly blessed us beyond what we ever could have imagined standing at that altar 6 years ago. We never imagined we would be living here in Russia for 2+ years already or that our home would be filled with the sounds of 2 joyful boys... and that's just the tip of the iceberg! God is truly so good.
